One of my favorite activities are the monthly card classes I hold with some great, creative and fun ladies. We typically make three cards and I try to incorporate new products and new techniques as much as possible. There seems to be a never ending supply of both!
One of the eye-catching combos in the new Occasions Catalog is the Up and Away set with a hot air balloon theme. There are stamps, framelits and even some coordinating paper to drive home the message you want to send. We made this card in a recent class:

This is a gate fold card with both sides opening. We glued the stamped/die cut piece on the right side of the card and used some dimensionals to pop it up a bit! This also features a lovely Designer Series Paper component that created the color scheme. It's bold and beautiful! We made this a birthday card with our inside sentiment but you could easily make this card for any occasion... how about graduation? Job promotion? Recovery from an illness? There are all kinds of reasons to celebrate and the hot air balloon theme automatically evokes success! I've listed the supplies below so you can replicate this card if you want to!
