Independent Stampin'Up! Demonstrator!

Hey friends!
I've been a demonstrator with Stampin'Up! since 2011. I'm located in Bozeman, Montana, but have customers all over the country. I have a very fun and active downline called "Big Sky Stamper Stars" and we get together in person and online to share what we love. My blog posts feature what I'm up to recently and I try to share new product information, tips and tricks and creative inspiration. You can shop from this site or find out more information about our products and becoming a demonstrator! Thanks for stopping by!

Saying hello to "Rooted in Nature" again ;)

Hey Stampers!
I hope you had a fabulous Mother's Day weekend. We had great weather and all our kids home so you know I did!  It doesn't always work out that way but I'm extremely grateful when it does. We took in a concert, some great food and lots of conversation!  The memories will live on well after I've finished the laundry pile of sheets and towels haha!

In my last post, I featured a favorite set that is leaving. Today I want to feature a favorite set that will take its' place as the nature lovers' go to set!  It's called "Rooted in Nature" and is full  of trees, leaves and nature including some sentiments. It's a fabulous set to have on hand for any occasions and works especially well when you need a card for a guy.

Today I was inspired to spend some time with it. I kept it fairly simple with just some stamping and tried to use many of the dies that come in the bundle.

As you can see, there are some fun leaf dies that cut out the leaves and also emboss them.

The Blackberry Bliss is an unexpected but gorgeous addition to the color palette in the "Nature's Poem" Designer Series Paper which I used extensively in these cards.

To get two colors on the stamp, I used my Stampin'Write Markers to apply the ink to the stamp. Works every time I've tried it!

The green tone here is Tranquil Tide, which is a retiring color. Better get some before it's gone!

For this one, I reached back into my Holiday 2019 stash of Designer series paper. While this paper is no longer available, I thought it was a fun color combo that doesn't have to be for Christmas!

Stampin'Up! has issued a challenge for us to try and sell as many "Rooted In Nature" bundles as we can and I want to participate!  If you order the bundle from me (via text, email, phone or in the online store), I will send instructions for several cards as some goodies to go with it such as DSP, twine, embellishments etc. This will work especially well for those of you who don't live in my area and attending a class in my home just isn't possible. All the order information is below, just click on the product and it  will take you to the online store. Or, as I said, just contact me and I'll get an order submitted for you.   For the month of May, please use Hostess Code  TQWHQY4K .

Being in nature is a great place to be now that winter seems to have given up and summer is beckoning! Use that inspiration in your crafting too with "Rooted in Nature".

Happy Stampin'!
Sarah
