Independent Stampin'Up! Demonstrator!

Hey friends!
I've been a demonstrator with Stampin'Up! since 2011. I'm located in Bozeman, Montana, but have customers all over the country. I have a very fun and active downline called "Big Sky Stamper Stars" and we get together in person and online to share what we love. My blog posts feature what I'm up to recently and I try to share new product information, tips and tricks and creative inspiration. You can shop from this site or find out more information about our products and becoming a demonstrator! Thanks for stopping by!

New In-Colors for 2018-2019!

Hi Stamping friends!
Today seems like a "wait around day" for me.  I had it in my head that our new catalog preorder would start today and alas, it is tomorrow. I also thought we had an appointment for some heating and cooling improvements to our home at 8 a.m. and now they can't come until this afternoon.  So, I guess I will bide my time my favorite way... stamping!

I am realizing that the new In-Colors will be launching soon and perhaps you are anxious to check them out and see where they land in the color spectrum. They are closer to traditional primary colors than we have had in a long time so I think that will be very versatile. Let me introduce you!

What do you think?  They look amazing together and I know will be great with our other core colors.
I thought it would be fun to design a simple card using all the colors, to get a feel for them! I didn't have much to work with besides the ink (the preorder is tomorrow, not today, remember??!!). I used the "Oh So Eclectic" stamp set and felt it did a good job of presenting the colors in equal amounts with this design.

Here's another look at each color individually, though the exact shades are subject to my Iphone camera and lighting variances!

Finally, here's a short video I recorded about the new In-Colors!

I plan to be back tomorrow with a more thorough discussion of the complete color revamp, featuring all the new colors in addition to these pretty new In Colors.  The big question for most of us is how do they fit into the entire color palette?  I'll have some great pictures to show you with all of our colors, in a rainbow order display, so you can compare!

Until then, happy stampin!
Sarah
