Today I'm continuing my obsession with paper, specifically Designer Series Paper. There are some really gorgeous things coming our way in the new Annual Catalog, out on June 4th! I can't wait to share the specifics but for now, I'll just share some pictures and let them do the talking (for the most part)!!
We received a pack of "Mosaic Mood" Specialty Designer Series paper as a freebie at OnStage last month and I think Stampin'Up! must have chosen one of the best packs to gift us with! the colors are gorgeous but it is the mosaic tile motif that is so intriguing. I couldn't wait to make a card with it. I wanted to fussy cut the hummingbirds, but didn't want to waste the less than complete birds that were on the edges of the paper, so I used the edges as a place to anchor my birds in my card. I basically did the same thing with the flowers. Here's the result:
I also wanted to show you some catalog samples that feature this gorgeous paper. It really isn't hard to fussy cut and the results are astounding!
There's also a great coordinating sentiment set that goes with the paper and a mosaic tile embossing folder! Hurry, hurry June 4th! I want it all!
You'll be seeing lots of fun stuff on Pinterest and other sites now that it is May. Demonstrators are allowed a month long "preorder" window and I've taken advantage of that.
